The customer is responsible for any shipping charges
when sending any product -- damaged or otherwise -- back to TSVapes.
Batteries and Chargers: We will accept exchanges for defective batteries and chargers as long as it is within 14 calendar days of the customer receiving the product. You are required to return the product you wish exchanged.
E-Liquid: We no longer sell or provide E Liquids. The Food and Drug Administration now regulates ELiquids
Atomizers or Cartomizers We do not accept exchanges for atomizers or cartomizers unless the product is DOA (dead on arrival). The customer must contact us at TSVapes@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product in order to qualify for an exchange of the product. The product must be returned for the exchange to occur.
Cartridges and Drip Tips: There are no exchanges or returns for these products.
TSVapes does not accept returns/refunds of any kind. Exchanges will only be made for identical merchandise. The exchanged product will only be shipped once the damaged product is received by TSVapes. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges that incur from sending the damaged product back to TSVapes.
