Tracking Number
You will receive an e-mail after we process your order and it will show the status of your order. When your order ships a delivery confirmation number is emailed to you. The Delivery Confirmation Number is an active link; click on it and will bring you to a tracking page.
You can also view order and delivery status by logging into the 'My Account' section of TSVapes and view your history. Your history is automatically populated with the tracking information after an order is shipped.

United States Postal Service
All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once an order leaves our facility, we have NO CONTROL OVER THE SHIPMENT TIME.
If 7 business days have passed and the customer has yet to receive their order, we recommend contacting your local post office. They will be able to give more information.
If the order is never received by the customer, it may be lost by the USPS. Please contact support@tsvapes.com and we will work with the customer to resolve the issue.

Order Processing
All orders that are placed from Monday through Thursday will be processed within 24-48 hours. Any order that is placed after 3:00pm EST on Fridays will not begin processing until the following business day, usually a Monday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major holidays. All orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the following business day.
